PURWOKERTO - Setahun lebih tutup dikarenakan pandemi Covid-19, Bioskop CGV yang terletak di Rita Supermall Purwokerto, Kabupaten Banyumas, kembali dibuka, Sabtu 3/4/2021. Dibukanya kembali CGV Cinema disambut antusias para pecinta film yang merindukan menonton di bioskop. Namun kondisinya jelas berbeda saat sebelum pandemi dimana protokol kesehatan harus tetap diutamakan. Jam operasional dibatasi sampai pukul jam penayangan terakhir adalah sekira pukul dengan jumlah 14 pemutaran film. Sementara itu Tim Koordinator Satgas Covid-19, Suwondo menyatakan jika sejak Desember 2020 Bioskop CGV sudah mengajukan untuk buka. Namun karena ada kendala berbagai kebijakan PPKM, pembukaan kembali bioskop terus tertunda. "Insya Allah sudah sesuai petunjuk protokol kesehatan, pengunjung juga diwajibkan mengisi data nama dan alamat dan nomor HP." "Tujuannya adalah agar nanti tracing lebih mudah, tiket juga ada online dan langsung, tempat duduk sudah diberi jarak," katanya kepada Sabtu 3/4/2021. Seorang pengunjung asal Purwokerto, Karina 19, senang akhirnya bisa kembali menonton di bioskop. "Alhamdulillah bisa nonton lagi karena sangat rindu nonton di bioskop, yang penting jaga prokes dan pakai masker," tuturnya.
